Novrinex is a non-custodial platform. We minimise data collection by design.

• Wallet address - your public Ethereum address, used to identify your account.
• Trading activity - orders, positions, and trade history associated with your wallet.
• Trading credentials - encrypted, market-specific credentials that you approve for placing and cancelling orders. These credentials do not carry withdrawal authority.
• Usage data - anonymous analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Platform.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Your owner-wallet private key or seed phrase
• Personal identification documents (unless required by law)
• Email addresses (unless voluntarily provided)

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the trading interface
• To calculate fee tiers, points, and referral rewards
• To detect and prevent abuse or manipulation
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

Trading data is retained for the lifetime of the Platform for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of non-essential data by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use browser storage for sessions and preferences. A first-party cookie may be used to preserve referral attribution. We do not currently set advertising cookies.
