Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commission tiers
Your rate is set by the combined trading volume of the traders you referred over the last 30 days, and updates as that volume changes.

2. Attribution
A trader who signs up through your link is attributed to you for the life of their account. One inviter per account, set the first time it is applied and not changed afterwards. Commission on their trading is paid at whatever tier you are on at the time of the trade.
3. What the referred trader gets
5% off eligible trading fees for their first 90 days. The reduction is applied to the fee charged at the venue, not refunded afterwards.
4. What commission is calculated on
Eligible net trading fees actually received by Novrinex from your referred traders. The following are excluded:
- Maker rebates and venue-side incentives
- Discounts, promotional credits and refunds given to the trader
- Revenue shared with builders or other third parties
- Funding payments between traders
- Volume or fees arising from prohibited activity under section 6
5. Payouts
Commission accrues per trade and is settled weekly. Periods run Monday to Sunday UTC and close the following Monday. Payouts are made in USDC to the address on your affiliate desk, with a $25 minimum. A balance under $25 rolls into the next period rather than being paid or dropped.
6. Prohibited conduct
Commission on affected volume is withheld, and the account may be removed from the program, for any of the following:
- Referring yourself, including through a second wallet
- Wash trading, self-matching or trading to generate fees rather than to take a position
- Coordinated accounts created to inflate referred volume
- Fraud, impersonation of Novrinex, or misleading marketing claims
- Promotion into jurisdictions Novrinex does not serve

7. Custom agreements
Rates above 50% are negotiated individually and are not part of the tiers above. Contact us through support.
8. Changes
Novrinex may change these terms. Commission already accrued at the time of a change is settled at the rate it accrued under.
