Creator Terms

1. Agreement

These Creator Terms apply when you publish analysis, trade setups, comments, updates, or other creator content on Novrinex. They are an addition to the general Terms of Service. If these Creator Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Creator Terms control only for creator activity.

2. Your creator account

• You must publish under your own Novrinex account and public username.
• You are responsible for securing your account and everything published through it.
• You must not impersonate another person, project, company, or creator.
• You must keep your public profile and material disclosures accurate.

3. Publishing standards

Creator content must:

• clearly separate verified facts, estimates, and personal opinions;
• state material assumptions, risks, invalidation levels, and relevant time horizons;
• avoid false, misleading, manipulated, or selectively edited performance claims;
• avoid guaranteed returns, risk-free claims, or pressure to trade immediately;
• respect intellectual property, privacy, and other third-party rights;
• comply with applicable advertising, market conduct, and financial promotion rules.

4. Conflicts and promotions

You must clearly disclose any payment, sponsorship, referral arrangement, token allocation, position, business relationship, or other material interest connected to your content. The disclosure must appear in the content itself and remain visible for as long as the content is available. You must update the disclosure if the conflict changes.

5. Market conduct

You must not use creator access to:

• manipulate a market or coordinate deceptive trading activity;
• front-run followers or conceal trades that conflict with published content;
• publish fabricated positions, fills, returns, credentials, or endorsements;
• share confidential, inside, stolen, or unlawfully obtained information;
• harass users, distribute malware, or direct users to fraudulent services.

6. Your content and our licence

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Novrinex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, distribute, display, promote, and create technical previews of that content for operating and marketing the Platform. This licence ends when the content is permanently removed, except for copies required for legal, security, audit, dispute, or backup purposes. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

7. Moderation and corrections

We may label, limit, correct, archive, or remove content that breaches these Creator Terms, creates legal or security risk, or could mislead users. We may require a correction or disclosure. Published trade terms and audit records may remain visible when necessary to preserve an accurate public record.

8. Earnings and taxes

Creator features may include subscriptions, rewards, referrals, or other earnings. Availability and amounts are not guaranteed. We may withhold, reverse, or refuse payments connected to fraud, chargebacks, sanctions, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Creator Terms. You are responsible for your taxes, reporting, and payment details.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop publishing at any time. We may suspend or remove creator access for a breach, repeated low-integrity content, risk to users, or legal and regulatory reasons. Losing creator access does not remove your ordinary Novrinex account unless separate grounds require it.

10. No endorsement

Creator access means you may publish on the Platform. It is not an endorsement, licence, professional qualification, verification of expertise, or guarantee of performance by Novrinex. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Creator Terms by posting a revised version. If a material change affects active creators, we may require renewed acceptance before further publishing.
